The Alzheimer's Association — Central Illinois Chapter will offer a program, "Perspectives on Caregiver Stress" on Thursday, Feb. 23, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., at the Washington Public Library at Five Points, 380 N. Wilmore Road, Washington.

The program is designed to examine the symptoms of caregiver stress and offer strategies towards becoming a healthier caregiver. Central Illinois Chapter Education Specialist Aubrey McShane will offer tips on setting realistic expectations for oneself and for the individual with Alzheimer's disease.
